Chris was born in Hopewell, Virginia. Working as a software developer for major companies like G.E. and Symantec Corp, he has been acting and modeling part-time for several years.

During his part time work, he became involved with various aspects of modeling and acting and realized that this was the direction to go. Chris Winters has been known for his expressions within his work and has been preaching that it is alright for men to express or convey emotions too. Much of his work shows this and Chris is not happy until his work shows it.
