Born Juan Carlos Cuenca on December 30, 1987 in Quezon City, Philippines. He made his acting debut in 1999 in the highly successful youth program, “Click”. His career heightened in 2005 when he became part of the fantasy series, “Encantadia”.

Filipino actor Jake Cuenca is also a commercial model and appeared on several TV commercials and played a lead role in numerous TV series including “Palos”, “Lastikman” and in 2009, he played a love triangle in the star-studded and high rating soap opera in the Philippines, “Tayong Dalawa”.
