Dutch Olympic Swimmer Johan Kenkhuis

Dutch swimmer Johan Kenkhuis was born on May 7, 1980 in Vriezenveen, Netherlands. He is an Olympic medal Dutch athlete, won gold medals in both the 100 meter and 200 meter freestyle events in the European Junior Championships, bronze medal 4×200 meter freestyle relay team member, silver medal at the FINA World Championships in Fukuoka, Japan in 2001.

Kenkhuis is an open gay athlete just like Aussie Olympic swimmer Matthew Mitcham. He earned Amsterdam Sportsman of the Year way back 2003.
